PRICE INFO/
PAY PER PROJECT

MAKE YOUR PRICE: a revolution in renderfarming pricing!

Our pay per project (metered) formula is subdivided in 5 priority levels. On the RANCH, the priority levels are there to sort the projects in the waiting list: the higher the priority, the sooner the project is processed. Of course, if the waiting list is empty, even a lowest priority project starts immediately. And as there is no sharing on the RANCH, each and every project, when it runs, runs on the full capacity of the RANCH Runner.. This is very different from low-priority formulas that you may find on a shared renderfarm, where your project is put to sleep on a few machines and takes forever to render ;)

The five levels of priority are: Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond and Elite.

- Sapphire is 2.5 ¢ (€) / GHz-H.
- Emerald is 3.3 ¢ (€) / GHz-H.
- Ruby is 4.1 ¢ (€) / GHz-H.
- Diamond is 4.9 ¢ (€) / GHz-H.
- Elite is 5.9 ¢ (€) / GHz-H.

Please note that we do not charge for hyperthreading: our GHz-H are based on physical core GHz only; for us, a dual Xeon E5645 = 2 cpus x 2.40 GHz x 6 cores = 28.8 GHz, not 57.6 GHz. In other words, 1 GHz-H on the RANCH is worth 2 GHz-H on renderfarms which charge for hyperthreading.

One minute of the RANCH Runner time is worth two hours of a 12-core/24-thread workstation time, or five hours of a Core I7-based PC time!
